Beginning January 1st, 2015, Jacksonville Medical Care will start charging patients who fail to show-up or notify the practice that they are unable to make their scheduled appointment. To avoid being charged be sure to call and notify the clinic at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Patient who do not will be assessed the following fee:
1st No Show:$10.00
2nd No Show:$25.00
3rd No Show: $50.00
