Jacksonville Medical Care has been a part of the community, in one form or another, for over forty years. We are taking every consideration possible to ensure that we remain a part of the community for years to come. Effective Thursday, March 26th, we will be reducing our clinic hours.
We will be open:
Monday – Thursday: 7am to 4pm
Friday: 7am to 12pm
We are hoping this will be a temporary as possible.
We are still screening individuals at the front door for questioning and to monitor temperatures. We are also offering extended services, like Telemedicine, to patients we deem appropriate. This service is covered without charge by most insurance providers during this temporary state of emergency (COVID-19). Ask your physician’s phone nurse for details when you call in to make an appointment.
We wanted to let everyone know we are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and are taking precautionary measures. We will not be treating nor testing for COVID-19 at our clinic and urge our patients and community to contact the Arkansas Department of Health if you have had any type of exposure whatsoever and/or possible symptoms. UAMS is also providing free screening services to help guide patients regarding next steps, available 24/7 to any person (click the link below). We will keep everyone updated as new facts and procedures present themselves. Please be cautious and practice good hygiene, including washing your hands regularly. Our goal is to prevent any interruptions in our daily patient care and safety. Please contact the Arkansas Department of Health for any additional questions or concerns. Thank you.
